What are we looking for?
Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement).Responsibilities:
– Preparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and supervision of the project from its conceptual phase to the execution phase. Risk assessment, search for alternative solutions and management of necessary resources.
– Strategy development and planning, making the most of time and resources.
– Operations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes.
Creation of roadbooks and process manuals. Definition of policies and processes.
– Coordination of event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, staff, audiovisuals, etc.
– Interlocution with the client throughout the event cycle to identify their needs and make adapted proposals.
– Management of legal matters (LOPD, NDA, contracts, collaboration agreements, permits, etc), in coordination with the legal team.
– Preparation of documentation for public and corporate tenders. Preparing proposals for clients together with the creative and design team.
– Review and management of presentations.What we value:

Main responsibilities:

Coordination with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of design materials.
