We are looking for an architect or interior designer with demonstrable experience, creative and dynamic to join our team in the Events area and another for the Retail area.
What are we looking for?
– A creative and innovative person is required, who can work in a team, manage multiple projects at the same time, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and technically qualified.
– Knowledgeable in current trends, materials and technologies.
– Disciplined in the drafting of projects and with a great capacity to adapt to the needs of the client.
– Proficient in design programs such as AutoCAD, and other graphic design software.
– Fluent in English, as we work with international clients.
– Knowledge of French and/or German would be an asset.
– Experience in dealing with clients, effective communication skills.
– Valid driving licence required.
– Willingness to travel according to the needs of the project.
– Ability to take a complete project from start to finish, from conceptualisation to implementation.
– Ability to present project proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
– Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of design materials.
– Creativity and ability to generate innovative and unique ideas for each space.
– Basic knowledge of merchandising and visual merchandising for the retail position.
– Design and create visual concepts for retail spaces, including window displays, exhibits, signage, etc.
– Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that the design meets the needs and objectives of the retail space.What do we offer?

A young and dynamic, motivated professional, with advanced knowledge in the creation of photorealistic architectural images and with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
Requirements:
– Advanced proficiency in modelling and rendering software, especially 3dsMax and Vray.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
– Creativity and problem solving skills.
– Knowledge of other digital imaging, architecture and 3D tools (CAD, Photoshop, Unreal) is a plus.Main Duties:

What are we looking for?
Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement).
Responsibilities:
– Preparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and project supervision from the conceptual phase to the execution phase.

– Development and planning of strategies, making the most of time and resources.
– Operations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes.
Creation of roadbooks and process manuals. Definition of policies and processes.
– Coordination of event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, staff,
audiovisuals, etc.
– Interlocution with the client throughout the event cycle to identify their needs,
and make adapted proposals.
– Management of legal matters (LOPD, NDA, contracts, collaboration agreements, permits, etc.), in coordination with the
